Stephen is the business management and transaction advisory principal consultant at PEF Capital. His primary areas of interest include technology design and government regulation.
Stephen has experience in both private and public sector roles in: corporate advising, government regulation and policy development. In finance, Stephen's area of interest is on valuations and investment management. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from QUT and Grad.Dip.App.Fin.
Key practice areas include:
- consulting to builders and trade qualified licencees on Workplace Heath & Safety and Queensland Building and Construction Commission compliance and report; and
- technology design primarily in search engine optimisation.
Key experience includes:
- advising the Electoral Commission of Queensland on the 2017 State General Election and aspects of the Crime and Corruption Commission’s Operation Balcara; and
- advising Queensland Government on its flood resilience infrastructure policy.
