Stephen is the business management and transaction advisory principal consultant at PEF Capital. His primary areas of interest include governance and government regulation.
Stephen currently manages the delivery of the Member Growth contract to Little Tokyo Two’s high revenue established companies operating under the Scale Plan. These are companies looking to scale to upwards of $1.5 million of annual revenue. The key deliverables include working with these companies to scale their operations to multiple sites or overseas locations.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from QUT and Grad.Dip.App.Fin (Financial Markets) with a focus on valuations and investment management. He has experience in both private and public sector roles. He combines his experience in corporate advising and government regulation and policy.
Key experience includes:
- advising the Electoral Commission of Queensland on the 2017 State General Election and aspects of the Crime and Corruption Commission’s Operation Balcara;
- advising Queensland Government on its flood resilience infrastructure policy;
- Fund manager of the PEF Equities Derivative Fund unregistered managed investment scheme
